The Krysalis® Calix® 2.0 Upgrade System includes the precision-machined 304 stainless-steel interior chamber and the black stainless-steel downstem and bowl adapter. It does not include a vessel, hose, bowl, or any additional components.

Will the Calix 2.0 Upgrade fit my existing Calix 1.0 system?
Yes. The Krysalis® Calix® 2.0 Upgrade System is designed to fit all Generation 1.0 Calix bodies directly, with no modifications required.

What materials is the Calix 2.0 Upgrade made from?
The Krysalis® Calix® 2.0 Upgrade System is built from precision-machined 304 stainless steel, BPS and BPA-free TritanPlastic, and silicone. It contains no glass.

Why upgrade from aluminum to stainless steel?
304 stainless steel delivers superior corrosion resistance, longer service life, and more stable thermal behavior than anodized aluminum, resulting in more consistent sessions and easier long-term maintenance.

Do I need to purchase anything else with this upgrade?
The Krysalis® Calix® 2.0 Upgrade System is fully functional on its own. Kaloud highly recommends pairing it with the Aeras Duo Ashtray to unlock the full 2.0 experience, including Upward Purge System compatibility.

Is the Calix 2.0 Upgrade compatible with the Upward Purge System?
Yes. Once installed, the Krysalis® Calix® 2.0 Upgrade System is fully compatible with the Upward Purge System 2.0 and the Aeras Duo Ashtray.

What makes the Calix 2.0 Upgrade different from the Calix 2.0 Core System?
The Upgrade System includes only the interior chamber, downstem, and bowl adapter, everything needed to bring a Generation 1.0 Calix body to 2.0 performance. The Core System is a complete standalone unit for new purchases.
