At Kaloud®, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This Warranty Policy is designed to protect both our valued customers and Kaloud against counterfeit products, fraudulent claims, and improper use of our warranties. Please review this policy carefully before submitting a warranty claim. WARNING: COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS & UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS We are aware that non-authorized third parties are selling counterfeit Kaloud® products on Amazon, eBay, and other online and retail outlets. These counterfeit products may not meet our safety standards and could pose health risks due to unknown materials or manufacturing processes. To protect our customers:

- Kaloud® will NOT honor any warranties or money-back guarantees for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
- Kaloud® has no authorized sellers on Amazon or eBay in any country at this time.
- Purchasing from unauthorized resellers may put your health at risk and will void any warranty coverage.

- Kaloud Samsaris®, Kaloud Aeolis®, Kaloud Vestara®, and Kaloud Krysalis Eltheria®: One-Year Limited Warranty
- Kaloud Krysalis® Monarch Systems: Five-Year Limited Warranty
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., original invoice or sales receipt showing date of purchase, product model, and seller’s name) and online warranty registration (within 30 days of purchase) with product details (date of purchase, model number, and serial number, if applicable) are required for all warranty claims.
- A “defect” is defined as a flaw in materials or workmanship that affects the product’s functionality under normal use. Misuse, including but not limited to preheating the Kaloud Lotus®, using incompatible accessories, or exposing the product to extreme temperatures, voids the warranty.
- The warranty commences from the date of original purchase.
- This warranty is valid in all countries where Kaloud® or its Authorized Distributors operate.
- Kaloud® may charge shipping costs for international warranty claims at its discretion.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees associated with shipping products for service or replacement.
- Customers must cover shipping costs to send a product for warranty evaluation or replacement.
- Kaloud® is not responsible for handling fees, tariffs, import/export duties, or any other associated costs incurred during warranty service.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring safe packaging and including tracking information for all warranty shipments. Kaloud is not responsible for products lost in transit without tracking information.
- Contact Kaloud at interact@kaloud.com with your proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the issue.
- Kaloud will review your claim and may request additional information or photos.
- If approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the product.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the product, Kaloud will determine if the warranty applies. Kaloud reserves the right to inspect the product to verify authenticity and eligibility.
- If the claim is valid, Kaloud will repair or replace the product at its discretion.
- If the claim is denied, Kaloud will provide an explanation and return the product to you.
- Acts of nature, including fire, flood, wind, earthquake, or lightning.
- Preheating the Kaloud Lotus® (strictly prohibited).
- Impact damage, including dropping, crushing, or exposure to corrosive substances.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
- Improper use, negligence, abuse, or mishandling.
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, discoloration, or minor cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality.
- Counterfeit or non-authentic products.
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers, wholesalers, or distributors.
- Use of products in a commercial setting, unless specified otherwise.
- The implied warranty of merchantability.
- The implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Under no circumstances shall Kaloud® be liable for:
- Replacement costs of substitute products.
- Costs related to service, facilities, or downtime.
- Loss of profits, revenues, or goodwill.
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Damage to any associated equipment or products.
