• What's included in the Kaloud® Sitra® Thermal Diffuser Pack?

  Three diffusers: a Vitria® glass thermal diffuser, a Lapis® ceramic thermal diffuser, and a black anodized aluminum thermal diffuser.

• What does a thermal diffuser do?

  It spreads charcoal heat more evenly across your tobacco, so you use less shisha while getting thicker, more flavorful clouds and a longer session.

• Is Sitra® compatible with my Lotus® HMD?

  It works with Kaloud® bowls and Lotus® Heat Management Devices. Please note: it is not compatible with Lotus® II.

• Which diffuser should I use: glass, ceramic, or aluminum?

  Each material holds and transfers heat a little differently, which is exactly why the pack includes all three. Try each one to find the balance of heat and flavor you prefer for different bowls and blends.

• Will Sitra® help me use less shisha?

  Yes. Because the diffuser spreads heat more evenly, more of your shisha is used effectively, so each bowl goes further and sessions last longer.

• How do I clean the diffusers?

  Let them cool fully, then rinse with warm water. Use mild soap for a deeper clean and dry completely before the next session.
