KALOUD WORLD CUP 2026 GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

1. SPONSOR

Kaloud, Inc., 1534 North Moorpark Road, No. 410, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360, Tel: 305.497.9485 (hereinafter "Kaloud" or "Sponsor").

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY / SKILL-BASED CONTEST

This is a skill-based art contest. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. This is not a sweepstakes, lottery, or game of chance. Winners are selected based solely on artistic merit as determined by Sponsor's judging panel.

3. ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to legal residents of the United States, 21 years of age or older.
  • Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of Kaloud, Inc. and its affiliates are ineligible.
  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. ENTRY PERIOD

Entries are accepted from February 1, 2026, 12:00 AM Pacific Time through May 25, 2026, 12:00 AM GMT. (Please note: May 25 at 12:00 AM GMT occurs during the evening of May 24 in US time zones).

5. HOW TO ENTER

  • Obtain Canvas: Purchase a Kaloud Canvas Tote Bag OR receive one free with any order of $150+.
  • Create Physical Artwork: Customize the canvas tote using any physical, non-digital medium (paint, embroidery, fabric markers, etc.). AI-generated designs and digital-only art are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified.
  • Share: Post a clear photo or video of your completed physical artwork on Instagram or TikTok with the hashtag #KaloudCreativeCanvas and tag @Kaloud.
  • Submit Official Form: To finalize entry, users must visit the official giveaway page at [Your Shopify Link] and complete the entry form, including a link to their social media post and contact details.
  • Public Profile Required: Your profile must remain public through the winner announcement.
  • Limit: One (1) entry per person.

6. JUDGING WINNER SELECTION

Entries will be judged by Kaloud's internal panel based on: Originality (40%), Creativity (40%), and Execution (20%). Winner will be selected on or about June 10, 2026. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters.

7. PRIZE

  • One (1) winner receives: Two (2) tickets to a FIFA World Cup 2026™ Round of 32 match in Los Angeles at SoFi Stadium (specific date to be determined by FIFA).
  • Tickets only: Winner is solely responsible for all transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses.
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,500. No cash substitution. Prize is non-transferable.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winner will be notified via the email provided in the submission form and via Direct Message within five (5) business days of selection. Winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours with required information or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.

9. RIGHTS GRANT RELEASE OF LIABILITY

A. GRANT KALOUD RIGHTS: You irrevocably grant Kaloud a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to reproduce, display, distribute, and use your submitted artwork and your name/likeness for any promotional, marketing, or commercial purpose without further compensation or approval. B. WAIVE ALL CLAIMS: You fully and forever release, waive, and discharge Kaloud, Inc., its affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, or causes of action arising from participation or use of the prize. C. AGREE NOT TO SUE: You expressly waive your right to bring any legal action against the Released Parties and agree that Sponsor's liability shall not exceed the ARV of the prize.

10. DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that uses AI-generated artwork, violates intellectual property rights, contains offensive content, or fails to comply with these Official Rules.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud or technical failures impair integrity. All federal, state, and local taxes are the winner's sole responsibility.

12. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, Instagram, TikTok, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

13. GOVERNING LAW DISPUTES

Governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California. BY ENTERING, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY.

14. WINNER'S LIST

For the winner's name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Kaloud World Cup Giveaway Winner, 1534 North Moorpark Road, No. 410, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360, within sixty (60) days of May 25, 2026.
